NETWALL

Netwall (2002) es una estructura/escultura modular y luminosamente interactiva, un objeto en el que es posible intervenir y modificar su aspecto mediante una conexión a Internet. Su estructura esta compuesta en principio por 72 bidones apilados en los cuales se ha introducido una bombilla de 40 w. Estas bombillas están conectadas a un PC, el cual controla con un programa que admite el acceso a distancia y la visualización de la pieza y sus metamorfosis en tiempo real. Netwall pretende que el espectador se comporte de una manera activa y curiosa, tanto en la sala donde físicamente se encuentre ubicada la estructura como en cualquier otro lugar de donde se disponga de una conexión a Internet.

Its structure is composed of 72 water tanks stacked on top on which it has introduced a 40 w bulb These bulbs are connected to a PC, which controls a program that allows remote access and viewing of the piece and its metamorphosis in real time. Netwall wants the viewer to behave in an active and curious, both physically in the room where the structure is located in another part of which has an Internet connection.
